Craftmaster Billiards, Inc. guarantees each billiard table against defects in workmanship or materials for the LIFETIME of the billiard table. This warranty includes the table frame, legs, “super pro rail system”, exterior and interior framing and hardware, and the slate playfield. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, and does not cover pockets and felt. Claims must be made by the original owner and must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. Craftmaster will repair or replace, at its discretion, any billiard table component or material proven to be defective.

Craftmaster Billiards, Inc. makes no representations or warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness or usage for a particular purpose, either expressed or implied.

Conditions and Limitations:

• This warranty is not transferable.
• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including table leveling.
• The billiard table must be installed by an authorized dealer/contractor. This warranty will be void if the billiard table is serviced, moved or installed by an unauthorized representative.
• This warranty does not apply to any damages caused by misuse, carelessness, improper treatment, neglect, and random acts of God, such as earthquake, fire, flood or any other natural disaster.
• This warranty does not apply to tables intended for commercial use, unless prior authorization in writing accompanies the original invoice.
• Craftmaster must preauthorize in advance all warranty repairs or replacements.
• This warranty does not include the replacement of the entire billiard table, and does not include a replacement table during the time period that the table is being repaired or is defective.
• Craftmaster neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for Craftmaster any obligation or liability in connection with said billiard table. Craftmaster will not be liable for other oral or statutory warranties or for punitive, or exemplary damages resulting from or in any manner relating to the table, its use, or any breach by Craftmaster of this warranty. No other implied or expressed warranties shall be applicable to Craftmaster.
